Our approach to session cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds at Thythronkhel.

1. Nature of Our Services
Thythronkhel provides personal consultation services — including aesthetic guidance sessions, Visual Harmony Analysis, and structured development programmes. As our services are delivered by qualified facilitators and involve dedicated preparation and scheduling, this Return Policy reflects the personalised nature of what we offer.
2. Cancellation by the Client
We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation terms are as follows:
- More than 48 hours before the session: Full credit or refund provided upon request.
- Between 24 and 48 hours before the session: A rescheduling fee equivalent to 50% of the session value applies. The remaining credit can be used toward a rescheduled session.
- Less than 24 hours before the session, or no-show: The full session fee is forfeit and cannot be refunded or credited.
For multi-session packages, individual session cancellations within the package are subject to the same terms above, but the overall package credit remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
3. Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge if notice is given more than 48 hours in advance. We will work with you to find a suitable alternative time. We allow up to two reschedules per booked session without charge.
4. Cancellation by Thythronkhel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel or postpone a session, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or the option to reschedule at a time that suits you. No rescheduling fees apply in these circumstances.
5. Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide your bank account details when requesting a refund. Refunds will be issued in Australian dollars (AUD).
6. Satisfaction and Concerns
We are committed to delivering high-quality, professionally conducted consultations. If you feel a session did not meet the standard described, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of the session so we can discuss your experience and find an appropriate resolution.
