Thythronkhel provides consultations on the development of aesthetic taste and visual harmony. Our services include one-on-one facilitated sessions, Visual Harmony Analysis, and structured Taste Development Programmes. All sessions are delivered by trained aesthetic consultants and are designed for personal development purposes only.

3. Bookings and Payments

Session bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full or agreed part payment. Payment is required in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST. We accept payment via bank transfer and major credit cards. Invoices are issued upon booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours' notice at no charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a rescheduling fee equivalent to 50% of the session value. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be non-refundable. Please refer to our Return Policy for further information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on thythronkhel.world — including text, design, images, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of Thythronkhel and is protected under Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without prior written consent.

Personal frameworks, aesthetic profiles, and written summaries provided to clients during consultations are intended for the client's personal use only and may not be distributed or published without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Thythronkhel provides aesthetic guidance and consultative services. We do not guarantee any specific personal or professional outcomes arising from our sessions. Our services are designed to support aesthetic development and are not a substitute for professional advice in other fields.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the value of the session or package paid.

7. Website Use

You agree to use thythronkhel.world only for lawful purposes. You must not use the site in any way that disrupts its functionality, infringes the rights of others, or transmits harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services or website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
